Church Committee Meetings

Serving together in faith and fellowship — our committees help guide and support the life of St Mark's Lutheran Church.

Our Committees

St Mark's Lutheran Church is guided by dedicated volunteers who serve on various committees. These committees meet regularly to plan, organize, and support the ministries and operations of our congregation.

All members are welcome to attend committee meetings and get involved in the life of the church. Please contact the church office for meeting schedules and locations.

Church Council

The governing body of St Mark's, responsible for overseeing the spiritual and administrative life of the congregation.

Meeting dates and times will be provided when scheduled by Pastor Josh.

Worship & Music Committee

Plans and coordinates worship services, music, and liturgical seasons throughout the church year.

Next meeting: Wednesday, September 23rd at 6:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

Stewardship Committee

Encourages faithful stewardship of time, talent, and treasure among the congregation.

Meeting dates and times will be provided when scheduled by Pastor Josh.

Outreach Committee

Coordinates community outreach, mission projects, and service opportunities for the congregation.

Meeting dates and times will be provided when scheduled by Pastor Josh.

Property Committee

The Property Committee is responsible for the care, maintenance, safety and long-term planning of all physical assets owned by the Church including routine inspections, system updates, repairs and vendors. Housekeeping, and groundskeeping.

Next scheduled meeting September 16th at 6pm, Fellowship Hall cleaning.
