Who We Are
About Lydia Circle
Meets the THIRD (3) Friday of each month* ( special meetings are called if and when the need arises) The Circle is involved in all of the Ladies Guild activities. The Lydia Circle works on various activities and special projects. EVERY woman in the congregation is encouraged to become a member of The Lydia Circle. We organize and serve church members in need of meals after hospital stay and or home illnesses with the use of the " MEAL TRAIN" We provide delivery to our Community Connection Partner " The Christian Assistance Bridge" with the monthly donations contributed by the generous members of the congregation. We participate in the annual "BIG GRAB" a major fund-raising effort for the Blythewood Community in the City of Blythewood, S.C. We support the Salvation Army of the Midlands with projects during the Christmas Season. We share in inspirational readings and prayers for each other as we enjoy refreshments and fellowship. Join the Ladies of Lydia Circle- share in warm fellowship with a heartfelt welcome , as the ladies share the grace of God with all those that join in.

What We Do
Food Donations
Each month a delivery of Food items are taken to the Christian Assistance Bridge here in our local community.
Christmas in July
During the month of July, the congregation collects toiletry items to stock the shelves of Christian Assistance Bridge to help families here in Blythewood, S.C.
Annual Fund Raising Event
We support the activities required for setting up the tables and pricing the items being donated for The Big Grab Event As well as helping to take down the tables after the event is over.
When We Meet
The Third Friday of the Month at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in the Fellowship Hall (In the event a different location is planned it is announced in church prior to the meeting time and location.)
